I've noticed he mostly gets whacked within an hour of spawning by Guild_Raid012 running through to ToV that notices his existence. Or by a guild that drops 12 people in zone to gank it when a druid soloing in CS notices a big fishdragon up on track and tells their guild.

I'd guess a total pushover for any 3 random level 65s. If guilds aren't doing him, probably some plat farmer is 6-boxing him for CoCWs and Othmir Prexus Totems, or some shaman solos him hehe.
