I think it might be bad. You should microwave it a little, but you can't eat it right away because it will still have the microwaves in it, so leave it out on the counter for a couple of hours, or maybe a day, then eat it.

mayo is egg white and oil so what heating it in a microwave will do is basically seperate the 2 so you have oily egg whites on your samich and not mayo. Not sure if it's "bad" per se but it won't be the same experiance.
