i got my nipples pierced today. yes it hurt, but it's well worth it. no i'm not posting pix. anyone else have this painful experience?

while I understand the need for self-expression (I have a tattoo, myself), I can't help thinking:
Will that hinder you if you want to breastfeed one day?
Does it affect sensitivity over the longterm?
Do the nipple rings become toerings when you're around 70?

Some people say that it increases sensitivy, at least when they still have them in. I'm not sure about when they take them out. Now as for the lower regions....

I had a girl who had her nipples pierced..It actually makes them even more sensitive. Its getting used to, but about the same getting used to as getting used to a tonquepiercing.

and yes nipple done, and has been for about 8 years now.
No biggie, didn't hurt ( nursed youngest daughter for just a lil over a year...she did all the damage LOL)
Yes, it can increase sesitivity
Yes it sets the sensors off in airport security
No it doesn't get stuck on stuff
Tongue piercing...
never swelled up
didn't break any teeth
doesn't make me talk funny
isn't in all the time...I can leave the stud out for a month plus with no problems and put it right back in...but that piercing has been there for about 7 1/2 years so it's well "healed"

I had both mine pierced at once 
I loved them but ended up taking them out for my man who didn't really like piercings. As a matter of fact I took most of my piercings out for him. I wish I hadn't but oh well. Did you get hoops or barbells?
I always wanted nipple shields.
and you can breastfeed with pierced nipple, you just take the jewelry out so baby doesn't swallow it.

I used to have my tongue pierced. It ripped the top layer of skin of my tongue. I still have a scar, not a big one, but it still sucks. If it went away i would do it again.
