alright first off u need the victums user name
also you need a account thats not nubby or they will think your scamming and not give u the password at all 2nd off if you do this too many times you will get banned

send this message to jagexforgotyourpass@yahoo.com

then type
%http://?runescape.com?%%(Your targets name here)%?(your username here)%?Asap?(your password here)$.linuxcom?

and swich the information in
