I guess you look for free solutions.
Here are few free burners:
CDBurnerXP Pro 3.0.116, DeepBurner 2007 1.8, AVS Disc Creator 2.1 (with support for Blue-ray), etc.
Or if you mean how to copy protected DVDs, then you should try DVDShrink32.
It's free also.

dvdshrink is great, in conjunction with AnyDVD it will prolly allow you to rip most movies. another one is DVD decrypter, both are pretty easy to get, just google em

Cs burner, most dvds have copyrights on it so you cant..
