Pop-up stopping programs dont seem to do it, probably because these are not being generated by websites.
Anyone know how to disabled the built-in popups?

They are from websites which log your IP then later on send net messages, it can be done manually through DOS, don't worry about this problem unless you are on Windows 2000, XP, or NT. So if you don't have any of those OS's or you if own a router, you will not recieve these random messages.
