The only way (That I know of) is to get 91 Runecraft and RC nats through the Abyss.

now that you cant merchant, or pk, or anything.. the best ways are:
gett 99 wc and a D wc axe, cut magic trees like theyre willows, Or, make nature runes, good money. or if your up to the challenge, do some BH, but chances are at level 91 you will be unsuccessful. so id say buy a D WC and get 99 wc. OR, kill the kalphite queen a couple hundred times, better mnoey than wc, if you got a few mill to spend on pots and food, and either range or varacs.

runecrafting nats at 91 rc is probably the best steady moneymaker, something that doesnt take as long is like 80 wc and 70 fletching, make yew longs and sell them

fishing is nice aswell. also, i made most of my cash in GWD aswell...maybe you should try your luck there! the down side of this is, you have to be high level combat and prayer to achieve anything there...

Kinda repetitive, but rcing at 91 is the best, I also like making hard leathers after buying cow hides. I make a steady 100k+ an hour

well, from my experience, 91 runecrafting takes months, and many devoted hours. Runecrafting in general makes really good money pretty quickly compared to other skills, not just 91 runecrafting. My suggestion would be to use the abyss since you're a lvl 90+ and probably have a decent defence.

Also you can kill green dragons. It use to be a risk cause of wildy but not now 400k+ an hour.
