s means slide. this piece requires you to play the slides with you right hand.

I tuned my guitar down to bass notes to try to get a feel... but I don't get the fact that I have to slide w/ my right hand... Explain further.

I cant figure out what the hell is up Kbarr's ass today. Maybe I missed something between him and Maji.
Someone has enough talent to make music, you do not. Yet you have to b***h about something? You are 100% welcome to come b***h at whatever you want, after you can play a musical instrument. In the meantime, just nobody reply to him?

dont tune it down. play all 1 octave lower.
keep the chord (first 3 notes), and ... ah f**k it.. i'll try and upload it as mp3 haha. its too hard to explain.
trying to get it tomorrow (im motivated now.. damn you and your thread!)

Quick little riff cuz why not... the first couple of slides I straight up jacked from "Lenny" by SRV (which is what I'm currently teaching myself to play) but I love the way that sounds hehe, then just added the last few notes 'cause they sound good =P
One more common 12-bar blues thingy that I just learned myself yesterday (key of E):
