Hate to burst your bubble, but one of my friends in HS thought she got pregnant, but was relieved to have a period shortly there after...
well, she was still pregnant. It can happen. Have her take the EPT or some shit. I don't know quite how early it works, but... take it anyway. don't waste too much time.
