I am having problem with getting fractions in Guild Wars. If it is up to me, than I am hopeless in online games and if it is up to the game then I hope people who know how to get pass this will help me out. I tried everything I knew, but it didnt help. Now I can just sit and wait for somebody to give me a solution.

You can just sit there, but I am not sure about a solution that you are looking for. I cant imagine what problem can you have in regard to Guild Wars fractions, but if you are thinking of Guild Wars Factions then that is a completely different story. Guild Wars Factions was released just after Prophecies. I mean not just right after Prophecies, I think a bit more then a year passed by. Anyway if you want this to play, you just have to download it and it is ready for use. On the other hand if you are still having problem with the fractions then I am afraid but I will not be able to help you.
