i am going to get this for me and my girlfriend, but i have a couple questions.
1. is it a good idea to get the special controleers?
2. can we start in the same world, ive read alot about people looking for world codes to join other friends.
3. whats a good server to start at?

Yes, get controllers or PS2 controllers with usb adapters.
You can start in the same world (see hitachi's thread)
Start on Ifrit if you want to join the majority of us. Bismarck is ok too.

1. You get used to the keyboard.
2. You need to:
A. Get a Worldpass
B. Do the server re-create trick till you get the server you want.
3. A lot of RP people are starting on Ifrit, some on Bismarck, and a few people from Fires of Heaven are on Fairy and Titan.
