was messing around in veksar the other day doing the highborns. Playing my 58 SK while botting my cleric and chanter , both 58. anyways i had no idea what level they were or what they hit for. turned out the comanders are level 63 and quad for 480's . was easy .......... i don't even have any real good gear . like 1100 ac and 4300 hp buffed.
god when i first started i remember thinking seb was hard ... the idea of doing a XP camp where all the mobs were yellow to 5 levels red and can hit for rounds of 1900 was nuts.
game sure has changed.

Yea, once it took a full good group to do bar/arms/dining and now I can do it solo.

I can do the king camp solo /shrug When you go from having 0 hp's on an item in kunark and 5 less levels to having 200 things change:)

o yah the biggest change was in the gear... f****n back in the day no one cared about the hp/mana

I was farming velium hound furs in WW last night with my cleric bot and decided to pull a dragon just to see what it was like. Killed him toe to toe and only needed like 3 CHs and I was totally unbuffed. It was an AEing one too. While I was fighting the dragon I got a hound add and killed it too, and soloed another hound on my cleric just running by to heal the tank every couple minutes. People used to raid those things.
And the mask I got from it was so sad it was hardly worth selling to a vendor. 9 ac 9 cha or some crap like that.

the really blew the game up when the introduced all the post luclin gear
poor eq - i used to know ya
edit - the= they.. missed the "y" for some reason
Frax - remember dueling one time.. i do.. that was fun cause we both sucked at pvp
