I guess i am wondering how much child porn you all think is ok to have on your PC ? 1 pic , 10 pics , 100....... where do you draw the line and say now it is not ok . I know i for one have had tons of porn on my PC and the very few pics i thought even might be kiddie porn i deleate the moment i saw it . now if your friend is downloading so much porn he doesn;t even know that he has it , he also knows he is taking a risk that some of it may very well be kiddie porn. Somehow i doubt he was completely oblivious to the fact that he had child porn on his PC or took any steps to get rid of it .

The guy do deserve to be put in jail simply cause he look at the naked body of some children that were abused/brainwashed into taking these pics/videos.
If you look at porn pics/videos of women willing to hsow their bodies..fine but in my mind you cross the line when you encourage young children from being abused.
And also the guy didnt just found himself on child naked picture by mistake he searched for them.
If I would ever find myself on a porn site that shows children naked pics id close it damn fast cause its sick.
Now if the guy just as sick as a child molester or the guy who took these pics? No but the thing hes doing is bad enough for him to be put in jail or be forced to go get some help from a psy.

If you look at pornography of women who can agree to do it, it's okay. I think, however, that child pornography is wrong.
This man found these pictures by his own will.
If I ever accidently reached a child pornography site, I would close it. It disturbs me.
Is the man as sick as a child molestor? I think not. However, what he's doing is wrong enough for him to be incarcerated. He should also recieve psychiatric help.

Kbarr, honestly, I'm always up for a good debate, but it takes 2 people to argue the issue. Right now your 2 word responses are just pathetic. Like I said, kiddie porn IS f****d UP. Anyone who has it deserves punishment, but there's nothing wrong with wanting to know more about an issue before casting a decision is there? I spoke with my friend (his relative) today and it seems that there are new laws in Arizona which were recently introduced that punish someone who has photos/videos etc. of this stuff the same as someone who actually engages in **** acts with a child or rapes them. Both of these things are against my beliefs and I DO NOT CONDONE THEM. What happened was, he downloaded a ton of stuff on his computer and had those files (not uncommon to get files with misleading titles on your computer when downloading a ton of stuff). Being the idiot he is, he didn't turn off uploads on Kazaa and then that's how he got in trouble. As for having previous videos etc. on his parents' computer, I still question that. You guys act as if you're on a witch hunt, it's quite amusing to watch.

and i can not state enough that i am very sure the feds did not have a file labled 36 year old women having **** then put child porn on it and come bust him . there is no judge in the world who would give a search warnet for that. much less there is no chance in hell that would hold up at trial ....... your friend had to download something clearly labled at child porn.

That is meaningless . the real point here is do you need to see coerced/forced 16 year old girls nakid bad enough that you are willing to break the law to do it ? If so you should be in jail. He seems to think that it is ok to have/watch/make porn of 16 year girls ( one year out of junior high ) . Not only that he thinks that consenting adults invloved in beastiality / scat / hardcore bdsm / rape is somehow worse than forcing/coercing a little girl into porn. Even if she wants to be in porn , as an adult, you should know there is a reason a 16 year old wants to be in porn ( not some home movie ment for her and her boyfriend ) and 99% of the time it's because something very bad has happened to her and you are expoliting that to get her young ass on flim.

16 year old girls are 2 years out of junior high, sophmores, so you know.
freshmen year is made up of 14-15 year olds.
also, in a lot of states, age of consent is 16 years old.

He seems to think that it is ok to have/watch/make porn of 16 year girls ( one year out of junior high ) . Not only that he thinks that consenting adults invloved in beastiality / scat / hardcore bdsm / rape is somehow worse than forcing/coercing a little girl into porn. Even if she wants to be in porn , as an adult, you should know there is a reason a 16 year old wants to be in porn ( not some home movie ment for her and her boyfriend ) and 99% of the time it's because something very bad has happened to her and you are expoliting that to get her young ass on flim.

16 year old girls are 2 years out of junior high, sophmores, so you know.
freshmen year is made up of 14-15 year olds.
also, in a lot of states, age of consent is 16 years old. |
Most the schools around here have 9th grade in junior high

Was typically 10-12th grade in most school systems here in Michigan. Middle school dropped 9th grade and the highschools picked it up in the very early '90s.

I guess this is my point . I am a 27 year old man . What would you do if you found out i was eating out your 16 year olds p***y and after that i was f*****g her in the ass? Then how would you feel if i filmed it and spread it all over the net so every sick f**k out there can beat off to it ? These laws are here to protect our children from people who would like to take advantage of them to make a quick buck and/or fulfill their perverted needs. I say enforce these laws at all costs....
BTW , yes in some states the age of consent to have **** is 16 . Giveing consent to have **** your boyfriend and giveing consent to w***e yourself out to some stranger on a porn video a ton of people will see are two entirely different things.
Not to mention it is way to hard to differentiate between a teen ( or younfer for that matter ) who really wants to do this on thier free will and a teen who was coerced/forced into it . It is way to easy to manipulate teens into things they dont want to do or dont understand the true repercussions of . Even if they do want to do it on thier free will you have to wonder what has happened to them to make them want to do it ...... and are you not exploiting that by letting them ?

**** between a 16 year old and a 27 year old is a lot different then **** between a 16 year old and a 20 year old. (which is how old mugaaz is i believe)
and i was talking about ****, not video taping it and selling it or whatever else, just plain ****.
