Fine wine comes in boxes. Razz

You both err, they come in 5 gallon plastic canisters.

haha. Hey Mix, how's Vegas treating you?

Good, glad school is out for the summer. Nother year so left then but I need to decide if I want to go for my Masters. Might be moving into a new house with a friend soon way on other side, which would be nice to get out of this shithole apartment. Otherwise, having fun. When u guys coming out again, and oh! how is John doing?

I'm not really sure when we're getting out there to be honest. I wanted to go for Fan Faire but real life intruded and prevented me from making it. Maybe sometime this summer?

As for John, he's just working a lot. I don't talk to him more than once a week or so to be honest. I might be moving out to Sacramento though. Again, it depends on what happens with the job situation. At some point I need to finish my degree.... Confused

..*Knock knock*......

"Who's there!?"

"The other side of the argument."

I'm saying there still is a chance to help the situation. That is my argument. You're saying my argument is not an argument because we are already at war and we should focus on supporting the war.

Why support the war, if I think that it's detrimental to the cause? Why do you insist that this is not an argument? ...I really don't understand..

EDIT: And better yet, why support it reluctantly if I know there could have been other measures taken to help avoid the situation we are currently in?

Round and round in circles we go. I understand what you're saying, although your argument just changed slightly. This is the first time you've actually stated that you believe the war is detrimental. To this point, you have argued that there's a better way. It's subtle but it makes a difference.

Your argument until now has been that you believe there is a better choice that we could have considered. That is entirely different from saying that you believe war cannot work. I agree with the first. I categorically disagree with the second. There can be no reconciliation here. It's a fundamental difference in opinion.

As for why we are at war even though we know there's a better answer. The answer is simple and I would think, obvious. When it comes to act, you review your known alternatives and choose the best one. You don't sitting around waiting for the perfect answer. That path leads to perpetual non-action. War was and is the best option put forward.

Actually I've hinted and implied in this entire argument that war isn't the best option. Therefore I believe that it is not helping, and then it should be assumed that I believe it is detrimental rather than helpful.

I thought you knew that was my stance in the first place, but it took this long to make the point clear I guess...not saying you are stupid for not seeing it, I may have not been clear enough until now.

The only reason I would be saying any of this is because I do not think it's helping.

If I thought it was helping, rather than not, I wouldn't have made any argument about it.

I wish things were better, I wish we stepped back and made wiser and more thought out decisions, but that didn't happen, and me reflecting on those bad decisions are only a result of the effects they have had on the entire operation. I'm not trying to sit here and critisize for no reason, I'm critisizing mainly because the faults we have made have led us in an undesireable direction. (this is my opinion) And I have had the same opinion since the start of the war.

I wish things turn out for the best, I really do. I don't want us to fail, or our people to die, or any of that b******t malarky Confused and Kbarr would assume I want when I post my opinons.

I think we can do things differently in the future, and to help reduce the cost of innocent lives.

What the f**k is your problem Abi? Why don't you save your shit for someone else.

You think it's easy to continue believing what I do? Even when people's f*****g heads are getting cut off?

The fact is, that man's head would never have even remotely had the chance to be cut off if we didn't decide to go to war.

Do you f*****g understand my view, or are you just going to insult me like the little b***h that you are?

f**k, I don't even know you...You don't even know me, and this is what you're resorting to?

How f*****g insulting...thanks for making my day bro.
