there was this doctor giving free massages/consultations at this fair i went to.
i've never done it before, but it was awesome.
he did my back and my neck, and worked a couple spots next to my shoulder blades...
i've never felt more relaxed.
i think i'm gonna start having massages or chiro work done once a month at least.
it was sweet.

At the risk of adding minimal content in addition to post farming, here's my way of getting a free chiropractic adjustment, which I learned during a raquetball game. Run as fast as you possibly can, straight at a hard masonry wall, then at the last second realizing you can't stop in time, turn and take the impact on your shoulder. You'll hear every single vertabrae realign, for free!
