peerguardian. auto updates and blocks banned ips. just found it so dont know much about it, but if you run kazaa/etc you might wanna check it out. Sits in yer taskbar and autoupdates.

yeah I got a friend who swears by this so Ive been running it, I guess it won't hurt to run it. I wish it had an autolaunch feature though.
