i have been shopping for a plasma recently. I picked up a 22inch HDlcd for the bedroom and was going for the 50' plasma for the LR.
think i will wait now.

I was thinking lcos was going to be good, but I saw a Phillips rear proj lcos system a couple of weeks ago and it looked like crap. Very blurry and obvious rainbow fringing. Maybe it just wasn't set up right.
I've pretty much decided to go with the 42" commercial Panny plasma, but they're so backordered everywhere I haven't put an order in yet, just waiting to see if something better comes out in the meantime.

Thats probably the same one I was thinking of getting. Then I figured no matter what the situation is, I could always find something better to spaend $3k on.
