Dexter by far. The writing is just amazing, and I can't imagine anyone but Michael C. Hall portraying Dexter, he does a great job.

Oh doctor shows haha.
I'm a big fan of MASH, but recently I've begun watching house and its pretty good. Nothing like an anti-hero. House moves against the grain in a more unethical but similar way to that of hawkeye pierce.

CSI, CSI:Miami, and Family Guy are 3 shows that I could watch endlessly and almost never get bored.
My all-time favorite old-school shows include Doug, AHH! Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life, and Ren & Stimpy.
