I thought the movie was really pointless and accomplished nothing. It showed "the horrors of war" and grief-stricken families. Well those are problems endemic to war, if Moore was trying to make a point in showing those people, he failed. I would have preferred more Bush-bashing or at least something remotely entertaining, even if it was made up. Glad I didn't pay to see it!

Michael Moore has YET to make an authentic documentery...all his films should be labeled as Commentaries...because they are just his views and distorted opinions, that he tries to pass off as the truth.

Heh, that follows the "guilty until proven innocent" mentallity. In a public role, you need to pick and choose your battles. I listened to an interview about the Fahrenhype film. Part of the film involved the director going to each of the people that Moore interviewed and getting the "whole story" versus the story that Moore wanted to show via extensive editing or quotes taken out of context.
The other thing to note is that the director of Fahrenhype is not receiving any money from the sale of the video. The procedes are going to 9/11 foundations. I find that a lot more admirable than what Moore is doing right now with sucking money off college students.

So, did Moore alter his movie to reflect Clark's comments...doubt it.

Nahualli claims to be gay.
Some people close to Nahualli have reported that he's kissed a girl before.
An ex boyfriend of Nahualli has said he talked about having **** with a girl.
Nahualli has been seen with women before.
Is Nahualli really gay?
I just used Moore style storytelling to claim that Nahualli isn't gay without actually saying he is. Thats what Moore did with his movie.

You can say almost anything about someone as prominent as the president and get away with it. There are many criminal elements to libel that are very hard to prove conclusively. Malicious intent, etc etc.
Furthermore, for a President to sue a hack filmmaker would only make him look bad, Bush prefers to take the high ground.
Unlike John Kerry, who sued to try and keep the Swift Boat ads off hte air, to block their book, and is now suing to block Sinclair broadcasting from showing the anti-Kerry documentary on its stations. The truth hurts a lot more than distortions, that is why Kerry is suing and Bush didn't.

Heh, you will now see what happens when a public figure actually decides to sue. Oreilly filed a lawsuit against a former Fox/current CNN employee and her lawfirm. A **** harassment lawsuit got filed by her and the lawfirm at the end of the day. I have no idea if one suit is legit, if both are illegit, or if both are legit.
