well im leaving EQ cause its boring as all hell... was thinking of picking up SWG and giving it a try... is exping in SWG like EQ? as in non stop boring as hell exp grinds? and what server is a good one to create on...

no, you get xp for free, you dont have to grind at all, you just stand around with yer thumb up yer ass

it's actually worse in some aspects.
like i wanna be a bounty hunter....
I have to go back and level each ranged weapon skill.
so imagine leveling to 50 in eq, now do it again, and one more time for sport, all with the same charecter.

Not even close to the same thing. I made a new character on Lowca last night for s***s and giggles. Made a Rhodian Marksman/Scout, and in the two and a half hours that I played got the following skills:
INT Pistol
ADV Pistol
INT Carbine
INT Rifle
INT Ranged Weapons Support
INT Exploration
INT Hunting
INT Trapping
INT Survival
Fromt here I'm 3/4 into ADV Carbine, 3/4 into ADV Ranged Support, 3/4 into ADV Exploration, 1/2 into ADV Trapping, and 1/2 into ADV Survival.
Much better XP system than EQ or DAOC ever thought of. It's also not Shadowbane, AO, UO, or AC, so that means it's actually worth looking at instead of using as kindling for special people roasts.
