ivee been looking at items like these as of late

Passive: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells
and effects by up to 1 to 35

my understanding is that it is the cast time of the spell that changes the extra damage . as a warlock alot of my spells i use are zero cast time . what would be the bonas on these spells ?

I for one am not crazy about some of those random bonus items. Spell damage I can buy, but like those healing or mana potions that heal from 1 - 1000 hp/mana... I mean come on.. 1 - 1000? That's a pretty f*****g hefty range.

Lemme break it down for you.

A + damage item will give you FULL damage for any spell that takes 3 seconds or longer to cast. Anything under the magic 3 second limit, it only does a percentage of the total + damage amount.
