I think this is the same guy that tried a similar lawsuit against Priceline a couple years ago, but he failed there.

I'm going to go out today and patent like, every possible future invention I can think of. I'm going to patent floating cars and like uuh, personal space ships and umm, skateboards that hover, those are cool.... yea. That way when all that stuff comes out I can just sue all the companies that actually make them.
