1st off this isn't a hack/scam so keep your pants on. 2nd if you arent at least of moderate skill in java you might not understand this. 3rd If they catch you... a ban is possible so conseal your ip *laughs*.
Step 1 go into your default java editor and bring up the runescape game code (monsters/imp) ok nubs this is where it gets hard
go to line 12 where it says get_global_array.86.441.124.112 change the 124 to 225 and the 112 to 241. heh It makes all imps green.
other colors
blue 153&246
black 155&162
white 199&285

OH AND BTW GO TO THE JAVA EDITOR AND GO TO CHARACTER AND CHANGE LINE 2 TO (your username) U DONT NEED PASS CUZ ITS SERVER SIDED. CHANGE the value of lines 221-255 to 99 (value doesnt mean type 99 noobs...) lol. (you now have all 99 stats and are a lvl 126)

That's dumb what is the point of changing the colour and why would someone want to cheat their way to get 99 in everything. It's pointless and takes the fun out of the game.
