Is this guy TRYING to get banned? If he's gonna try to scam accounts, it's pretty stupid to ask someone to email info to a Yahoo account. Also if he can raise stats to 99, why isn't he all over the Runescape highscores?
Pretty sad scam attempt...either that or he's trying to get banned...

they need to make a system that bans all people with a thread saying I CAN RAISE STATS, or "Send your username and pass to -------" -.-
