if the account has a skillcape no matter what its in i will pay 6mill for it
if it has a high combat lvl (85+) i will buy for 6mill also. if it has both i will pay 10mill .
however, i will not be scammed and will pay once i have reveived the password. (i will give money to another account that is owned by you)
