Here are some more cookies he left out:
-90 cookies for retirement programs for elderly people who have had their entire lives to save enough to retire on, but instead spent it all on hookers and booze, leaving it up to young people to pay basically a mortgage payment per person supporting them.
-40 cookies on social programs within the united states where everyone has the ability to go from rags to riches, but most decide to remain on government assistance because it's easier to make working people support you.
-25 cookies for "community development" which constitutes things like wasteful community projects, etc.
Let's keep those 40 defense cookies where they are, so that not EVERY skyscraper is destroyed and China doesn't invade our borders and rape our women. Let's move all of the 155 above cookies from wasteful socialist programs to paying down the national debt. When the debt is mostly eliminated, we can increase the defense budget to 60 cookies, enslave China and smoke cigars.

For the most part, but the department of education has a hefty budget and does nothing except but helps teachers' unions...the nations scourge on education.

Pay to feed ALL starving kids in other countries.? LOL, thats some funny shit. I think its best we let them adjust due to attrition. That seems more humane:)
How about we take enough of a cookie out of social programs to pay for one of these books for each US resident, LEGAL residents.
