if i'm readin this right, this could seriously hamper pr0n, pirated software, open source software, and anything else worth running a pc for.
odds are it'll die or only come out in limited form if at all. but if it goes in, it's pretty serious. in all PC components, and huge encryption. (of course like anything else, it'll be gotten around in some way)
