if you can log into the website your not banned...and if you cant go into the irc and go to the help channel and ask why..

I have one. But my 2 room mates each have one. We share the internet.
Is that the same as having multiple accounts?

Getting that error means your IP address is banned from BCG. You better go to their IRC and explain to them what your situation is.
