If you're curious its actually a modified DKP, that is based on 2 things. One that shenandoah created and one thats EQDKP. So before you trip, weigh everything.
1. Members are paid on raid time, not mobs killed. That gives us the ability to pay members to do a PoG clearing, without having them not kill Tunare and still get points. Currently 1pt = 30 minutes raid time. A typical night is 4-6 points or more depending on mobs we hit.
2. EQDKP is an excellent database, and motley has written a parser that directly pulls guild members from the log, tracks their time, assigns GP based on that, adds loot to a database, and posts DKP to the database with negative adjustments for members leaving early or arriving late, and loot.
3. Its an evolving system that works excellent so far. Our biggest problem? How to deal with ST keys

Interesting, bit much for a online game. but each to their own.
As for ST keys, junk them. ST blows.

its a lot yes, but it works. and its actually rather easy now. any officer can parse a raid, post it, and its completed usually before people ask whats next? it works great ask some members

I was there talking. I attended when I had time. If I knew I wasn't going to be on for the raid or have complete attention to play (which half the guild didn't have most of the time) then I didn't go to be a burden. Besides its my opinion and after all opinions are like Isriam, er, Isiriam is like an a*****e, er, crap, I mean Isriams opinions are like a******s, wait, what was that damn saying..
Oh well, surprised you still post here after ragging the hell out of this place.

Actually our dkp is just about totally automated
Merit systems where the officers have to hash out/decide who wins, then spend an hour after a raid listening to people b***h is a lot more time consuming imo than what we have to do with the dkp
