is a tie. And then that one WV elector said he might cast his electoral vote for Kerry in protest of Bush's tax plan or something. If that happens i think he might mistakenly disappear ;p But in any case, if he keeps it tied, Bush will win for sure...so it isn't looking good for Kerry unless he can flip a few states.

He would be lynched. For one man to overrule the wishes of an entire state would bring mayhem.
