basically what ruyen is trying to say is, hunters are worthless, delete your character..and make a mage.

We're trying to be supportive, but yes, time to reroll into something useful.

Hunters own everyone.
Best partner for a hunter is ... none. Use your pet, that's your best partner. At 59 with average gear I was killing Blackrock orcs non-stop to grind to 60. I only stopped when the orcs were all dead.
Why would a hunter need a partner? Hunters are the best solo class in the whole game.

trick question.
Hunter needs no partner. Theyre designed specifically to solo thier way to 60 via quested/grinded exp.
Reason being, they really bring nothing to the table when it comes time to do strat and scholo runs. They're the last thing anyone thinks to bring on those sorts of instances. Even more so than the overpopulated rogue.
Get to know your pet, Love him, pleasure him with your hand. because its going to be the only companionship your gonna get in game unless you start making some priest friends and getting "ultimatiumed" into groups.
This is the process where a needed class is asked to an instance and replies with "Sure but only if i can bring my (useless) hunter friend with me".

Oh well in that case, roll some sort of support healer. Priest/Druid/Heal spec shaman.
Ultimately it will become your job to get your hunter friend into instances late game. And having someoe else to drop heals on the tank (hunter pet) is always nice.
