ok, I've always had a think for Gargoyles. Not that the animation was top-notch, but just 'cause the storys were good and the characters were interesting.

Aside from that, I'd say The Lion King was deffinatly one of the top animated movies I've ever seen. After that, problably Spirited Away. Sure, the animation wasn't amazing there either, but the story made up for it, ten-fold. In terms of raw good-looking animation with a story to boot, a recent Anime. Last EXILE. That was the win.

Let's see... I also really liked the animation in Haibaine Renmei. Though the story was somewhat slow. And let's finish it off somewhere...

Ok, I really liked what "The Endless Waltz" did for the Gundam Wing series. Very nice closure, and they made the gundams look fairly unique. And that was good.

That's all you'll get out of me for now.

I loved the Final Fantasy one. I didn't figure it was possible to make a "cartoon" look that real. It was one of the first dvd's I bought I think =/

I used to watch gargoyles all the time, the story was pwn. All the shakespeare and king arthur and other ideas from history taken to another lvl.

Yeah, Gargoyles was cool. The first two seasons were really good.

I'd have to say La Blue Girl, though. That one was always my favorite. The part where she gets penetrated to death on a sword always brings me to tears.

My favorites: Transformers The Movie, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke (plz not the dubbed shit), Grave of the Fireflies, Disney's Robin Hood.

I just saw Millennium Actress the other day and thought it was great, but I've gotta get some repeat viewings in before I call it a favorite.
