just do some serious xp. spend 5 hours a day in chardok, or HS, or um, not FG cause that zone makes you go crazy.
you be 65 in a month. you also be insane, hate life, and eq, and umm, yeah.
just get a good duo/trio group that you can hang out with all the time. ie, monk, shaman/cleric
insta-group.

7 days ago I was level 57 and 64%
Today I'm level 59 and 65%.
And this without playing most of the week.

Go back to sebillis, the less than sixty crowd can actually get a group here now. It's become a lot less crowded, which actually makes it a fun dungeon to exp in again. =)
