f**k YOU to all the customer service people who just 'forward' calls to someone without checking to see if that person is available. I am sick of getting people's voice mail when forwarded when I need to talk to a live person and have repeatedly stated that.
Get another $6.50 an hour job if calling ahead and making sure your customer doesn't get left twisting in the wind isn't o your liking, and while you are at it., reeview your life choices that landed you a wonderful job of answering the calls and treating customers like shit.
I'm all for welfare enabled 'Work for food' type programs, jus don't put them in the customer service sector...
AND FOR f***s SAKE LEARN ENGLISH... I want to order my food/network services/customer inquiries in ENGLISH... not f*****g Srantease or any of fucktard halfbred 'afroengrish' shit.
Grow a brain, pick up the crack pipe and finish yourself off rather than handle my incoming calls you fucktards.

I don't know much about how things work in the US about customer services but here at the college they are suppose to check before and if the person is not here they tell you and take a note.

often ill just ask the customer if they want me to transfer them to a dial tone so they can call the correct number and xtension. Usually gets a "sure, thanks" response.
