Last I checked, Michigan won the Big 10 and is going to the Rose Bowl. Iowa blew the hell out of Wisconsin... and Michigan wins the tie-breaker with Iowa.
Enjoy the Alamo Bowl, Ohio.

Michigans offensive line played horrible today. Henne and Hart had no time to do anything all day long. Henne was hit 12 times and hart only had 61 yards rushing with no holes to run through. I dont claim to be a fan of either of these teams but both have VERY promising looking futures with their young skill players.
Smith and Ginn for OSU and Henne and Hart for UM. I must say though i have become a fan of UM this year because I followed Mike Hart's high school career. Guy was PHENOMENAL in HS and has already become a viable college back. Too bad Adrian Petersen got all the attention, but if Hart played with Jason White and Petersen with Henne i think Hart's stats could be even better.

well fortunately for michigan, the BEST team in the conference rolled wisconsin. sending UoM to the rose bowl.

Iowa barely beat Penn (they won 6-4) which is evidence enough to refute this. That 44-7 drubbing at the hands of Arizona State is none too good either.
With the Rose Bowl being in California and against California, I really don't see Michigan winning this game. Maybe next year, but not with true freshmen at QB and RB. Would be sweet if they moved the Rose Bowl to, say Ohio or Illinios from time to time, but oh well....

It was at the horseshoe with a freshman quarterback. There was plenty of talent on both sides, and anyone could have won the game. I think UofM exceeded expectations this year, and I'm quite pleased.
