I will be issuing titles to users who display characteristics that should give other members concern or a reason to be leery when dealing with. Just because someone does not have a title does not mean they are trustworthy, it means I have not seen or caught them doing anything as of yet. This new rank, SUSPICIOUS USER,TRADE WITH CAUTION, is a title given to members, from today, who act in a fashion or post in a manner to give me concern.
I am not Adolf Hitler, but I do feel that a person should trade from complete distrust due to the massive amount of scamming going on across all forums dedicated to game transactions. With that in mind if a user breaks repeated rules or makes comments that COULD imply deception, the other staff and myself will do our best to ensure these users have a "tag" to give you a better footing when trading.
If you are a member who receives one of these new titles and feel it was in error or feel you were taken out of context or misunderstood, please PM CompleteGibberish and I will review your post history to determine if it was unjustly applied . If I personally placed your title there, then I can assure you I had good reason.
AGAIN this is to better help people trade on a safer footing. As with all trades, USE the sticky posts in the HALL OF SHAME and the ARTICLES posted to help ensure you are properly armed to trade as well as educated enough to spot tell-tale signs of scamming attempts.
A lot of new members have joined whom have been ejected from Markee,Scthe and other sites. I like to think my aggressive stance and actions has set an example and upped the standards by which other boards operate. I feel that people who come to trade should be afforded every possible option,when trading. to conduct a safe transaction. Too long has most of the forums been subjected to scams,schemes,spam and fraud and it is time for all forums related to this end of gaming to take an active stance to eradicate all scammers from their boards. Several boards operate with banners and other forums of revenue generating options. It is in the best interests of the forum owners to make sure that trustworthy members stay and thieves do not return. You cannot generate revenue to prolong your sites existance if everyone leaves for another site because it is ran with a more heavy handed approach.
To those of you whom have felt alienated by myself, take a moment to reflect on what I do and the dedicated I put forth to keep trading as safe as possible. I apologize to thsoe of you whom have been at the receiving end of my wit and text and have not come here with malicious intent, but again I ask you to reflect on what I do and how it is carried out in why it is necessary and consider over looking my aggressive actions :)
Credit system...is here to stay. Complaining about it does no good. If you can think of possible additions or options to make it more pleasurable you are free to post so, but whining about the current system will gain you no favor or considerations.
Spam posting is not tolerated. If I FEEL your posts are spam for credits and done in a fashion to disregard our policies,they will be deleted and your credit score adjusted. Plain and simple. If this was not your intent, I would suggest furthering your education to include complete sentences as well as taking a class on "How to write and not look like a 3 word idiot"
Bittorrent section. USE A DAMN MIDDLEMAN ! For the love of Pete it is there, it is offered and it is, as of now, the only portion of the site with Middlemen. Use them to ensure safe trading. REPORT people who offer invites to places where there are none to be had. Places like FTN,where IF someone has an invite, they have had it for over a year and you can bet they will not come here to trade for another site. A person who has FTN or FTWR or WOM( ha, not likely) will not be trading for other invites/accounts. Please, use your head

Please, use your head. I unserstand the MAJORITY of the RS2 people here are 12-16, but here is something that has been said for a thousand years in various wordings, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE>.....IT IS ! Do not let greed motivate your actions. People offer just the right amount of bait to lure you in. There is a market in this game that is bigger than the one in WoW. If a scammer scams 10 people a day,across 5+ forums, and scams them each for 2-3 million, a fairly small amount, they can resell that gold and pull in 100.00+ dollars a day. When taken in the scope of "Damn I got 1-2 mill stolen" you tend to make a post in that thread and drop it. That is the wrong attitude. POST IT IN THE HALL OF SHAME ! Think about it. Your contributing to a massive scam scenario by not reporting it. So, put it into context. 20 people, 2 Mill per person,means easy cash and a substantial amount for a 16 yr old for sitting on his ass. DO NOT HELP THESE PEOPLE SCAM OTHERS !
Remember our primary rules
1. No posting contact information in a trade post. That means no AIM,MSN,Email,ICQ, etc,etc . Use the PM system to initiate trades. A staff member can view, at your request, your PMs if you have an issue that you need help with as well as help you corroborate a scam accusation if need be, that was conducted through PMs.
2. Do not post links to other forums,game sites, ad sites, scam sites, hack sites, ASIAN GOLD MARKET SITES. We dislike leeching and poaching. If sed site cannot reach it's target group without posting redirects here or having you do it, then they need to just go belly up and move on. A lot of sites have malicious intent and we also do not wish them being made known on our site through links. STOP WITH THE LINKS
3. Excessive profanity or attacking other members is a no no. Your not a bad ass here, your just some cluster of pixels and most of you are struggling through puberty and are just silly and making yourself look stupid. People often think I act in such a manner. I am just a grouchy bastard, learn the difference
4.Do not cross post the same or similar threads. If I have to explain what this means to you, you need to find another site.
Our rules are more extensive than this, but these are the ones I focus on when viewing posts.
Scammers. You may get away once,twice, several times. Eventually I will catch you,remove you and make know who you are to other sites. Often I try to convince the person to file an ICCC complaint. if it happens enough, you get a visit from Uncle Sam. It may seem laughable now, but one day it will not be.
