He's a scammer. Most likely this link installs a keylogger or otherwise harmful trojan.
Also, if he contacts you on MSN ignore him. He gets 'admin ryan' from Thetechguide to do his middle man trades, when it's actually just someone who puts it in their user title. He scammed almost 25m in RuneScape gold from Omiclops, and tried to steal a level 86 account from me.
Just a warning to potential traders.
