The below listed guy is a cheat/scammer. He promised to give anyone that got his scammed account back a lvl 64 warlock. After getting his account back for him, he was rude to me and told me that he wasn't going to do it. Here is a little bit of our conversation but I can forward tons of e-mails if you need more proof:
AIM message: plokoonjedi (5:26:16 PM): you wouldn't be interested in trading your account to a lvl 53 orc warrior with nice gear, 350 gold, and a mount would you?

zachthebad (5:27:25 PM): he scammed my warlock il give u my pallie if u get my warlock back for me
plokoonjedi (5:28:01 PM): I'll try bud

plokoonjedi (5:44:39 PM): I appreciate you keeping your word. I have met some very shady people lately and it is a relief to finally deal with someone legit. I gotta take my son to a baseball game but will be back ina little bit. If you would send the account info to bigsmiff@gmail.com I would appreciate it. Also change the e-mail to that address also. I knew my interrogation training would come in handy some day Let me know if he tries anything shady again and I'll talk to him for you.

He did not scam you
He elected to not continue.
You lost an account to someone else.He said he would get it back and was not able to. It is called a wash, nothing more.
The true underlying issue should be, how does he and the scammer know each other.
