I never played the tabletop game of Warhammer, my interest in the franchise begins with this online game. From what I've read, I see that all the playable races are lined up in pairs against each other, dwarves vs. orcs, etc. I like how that looks, but I was wondering if we're going to see any in-game combat bonuses when fighting the opposing race? For example, an orc deals +2 damage to dwarves due to racial hatred?

Probably not, at least nothing as linear as that. I don't know how it was functioning in the table top game, but in the WAR MMO RPG, this might be implemented through the achievement rating thing, where you would unlock certain skills as you defeat certain opponents. So, maybe when your dwarf kills 100 orcs, he gains that +2 to damage.
