I have seen the original version of this and it is an awsome film. One of the few Jet Li movies I like (partly because it has Donnie Yen in it). I just hope they dont americanize this like they did with Iron Monkey (QT's redone script was terrible).

I enjoyed the flick myself... though I think it was too much weapon fighting... needed more hand to hand, love seeing that shit done by Jet Li and the others.

There is far too much "rubber sword" shit in it. My favorite part is when the dude grabs the top of his sword and pulls it back and it slaps some chick on the face.
The visuals are f*****g amazing though, everything looks awesome.
