After buying my shaman and getting all the info/the e-mail changed to his name, this guy opens an unauthorized use of funds complaint with PayPal. I kept logs of all the IMs between him and me so I'm not particularly worried, but beware of this guy.
Note: His AIM is Lfranc40, and he has Lfranc40 registered at apparently all the major e-mail sites (Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail), so if you see this name involved with any transaction, well, stop it.

If you have been scammed by LFranc40 you can file a report at www . ic3 . gov. the more that file the higher chance of him getting investigated. His city and state is Pleasant Ridge, Michigan. Be sure to include that in the complaint so it routes to the local police there. if you have any questions you can contact me. thank you. sjmcclary@sacsheriff.com

Yup
He is listed,with those freemails as well, in our scammers topic.
I am sorry you did not look their 1st.
he has been banned and his IPs blocked.
If you wish to file with the ICCC, let me know, i would be glad to give you information and dates to help your complaint be a little more clearer.
Also
MarkeeDragon.com has him as a scammer and a LOT of people there weere scammed as well, they, MarkeeDragon, may be able to help you with dates
In the future, never deal with Random joe Blow who sends you an IM saying " I saw your post on XXX, i am interested" make em post. Post= traceable data

Yes, I am indicating that each victim needs to complete a complaint at www.ic3.gov. I can not collect the information and do it. I did read all the postings, i'm just saying if a victim wants to help they can make a report. Only each victim can make a report at www.ic3.gov.

This person has scammed as many, if not more, people over at MarkeeDragon.com
I have made a post in their Forums indicating such as the need for people who were actually scammed by this person to file a complaint with the ICCC.

I'm sure that this is important for our members safety.
I've deleted posts with your phone number, because you already left your mail and link where victims could fill in the report.
No need for verification, you could only recieve thousands of calls daily and that wouldn't be pleasant.

Just a follow-up... but yeah, PayPal reversed the transaction, so the jokes on him I guess.
Also, Sacramento eh? Small world...

Quick follow-up; PayPal did reverse the transaction, but it seems they not only restored the funds to the scammer (LFranc40), but took the funds directly from the honest seller whom I bought my new account from.
I will be filing a police report and appealing this at PayPal, but any advice as to how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.

His aim is LFranc40, as are just about all of his emails. The paypal was skollins76@hotmail.com, and one of his usernames on here is Genieus.
