Ok, here's the 411:
Everyone has a dif body chemistry, both internally and in this case, externally.
I've never understood the reason why there's just plain "deodorant". Only reason I could think of when you'd want to sweat is during sports. Not terribly worried about how I smell when I play sports, truth be told.
Anywho, you're supposed to change anti's every month or so. Change brand's, not just the fragrance. After so long, your sweat glands get used to whatever specific chem is being used to shut them down. I don't keep close track or anything, but I try not to use the same one twice in a 6mo. period. Seems to work.
Doesn't seem very cleanly for those of you with the problem, but technically, your body is working more efficiently to cool you down. If you're active, this will tend to stay that way.
Drink the required amount of water per day and you'll notice at least a lessening in smell.
But I would't sweat it.

try the Axe Effect. I recommend the Essence fragrance. You can use it as a deoderant. For anti-perspirants I recommend Degree.

I agree Nah... Degree Ownz... I use degree Sport... smells pretty good and works well... any deodorant that is relatively hard to wash off the next morning r0x in my book....
