You're working hard on a project. It's not brain surgery serious, but it's a serious subject. It takes about 10-30 hours a week of your time. You know a lot about the subject, but you're not an expert.
An outsider comes along, notices it, and asks, "What's this do?"
You tell them and their response is, "That's cute."
Do you:
a) Punch them in throat
b) Kick them in throat
c) 550xp for killing Double Dragon final boss in under 18 seconds

I choose A. If you choose B you have to get out of your chair and spend more time than is necessary, while a quick chop to the throat will leave them paralyzed and reeling on the floor so you can continue your work.

Ah it was just a passing comment someone made on one of my web sites. It's a business site and he called it "cute." The fact that he's married to a cow, has 2 kids and is a raging moron makes me able to bite my tongue.
