Ah.. no Xbox collection is complete without Halo.
NFSU, Tony Hawk Underground and Project Gothem Racing 2 aswell.
Also don't forget next month Halo2, NFSU2, Tony Hawk Underground 2.. and withen the next few months Unreal Championship 2... heh yay for sequels

SSX3 is pretty badass too. Fuzion Frenzy is great for 4-player action. Guilty Gear X2 #Reload, best 2D series IMO, and shit, it's 19.99!

its actually 66.4% done downloading .. so in a way its already broken

There aren't many "great" X-box games, just a lot of "decent" ones.
If you like FPS games you might want to rent (not buy) Breakdown. It has a really cool melee system with combos, blocks, etc. Which is really uncommon in an FPS game, it was loads of fun, even if it took like only 10 hours to beat.
Also Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders comes out on the 12th and looks f****n' awesome.
Uhm... most of everything else i've played has already been covered

It's probably a lot different, but I did play a ton of Marvel vs. Capcom for the Dreamcast. I just love GG because it's fast paced, characters are all unique with a nice set of moves.

GG is a s****y game. Man I got suckered into buying the first one from all the hype.

Crimson Skies is a good game, not really a must have though. Red Dead Revolver is also a game worth playing. D&D Heroes is fun if you have friends to play through it with. Other than all the games listed in this thread, there's really just a bunch of lame generic shooters and sports/racing games. XBox has the worst library of games out of any system I've ever owned.

DnD heros is fun up until your buddy who is playing the j*****s wizard and all the sploited mana potions gets meteor storm or whatever TF the spells called and the rest of the entire game consists of the endless meteors wasting every single thing that moves.

I don't know what you're talking about with the anime thing. If you mean a lot of games NEEDLESSLY use cell shading then ya, you're right. But as far as games trying to be anime-like I disagree, not many of those are good, and fewer of them make it to the states.
Sports games are always going to be repetitive, how could they not be? You can't change something dramatically. It's not like Madden 2007 is going to make Field Goals worth 5 points, Touchdowns worth 2, and the extra point worth 2.5? THat makes no sense, there is no way for sports games to advance except to make them MMO like or more stupid features likes owners mode.
I honestly don't understand the whole games being repetitive thing. If a game feelslike another it's just usually a person saying it's bad. No one complains about each new Final Fantasy even though they are all shit. THe reason why is they like them. Games are either good or not, that's it. The repetition thing only applies to games like MMOs or RPG's becuase of the time you invest in them leads to it all blurring together into one mediocre experience.
The real problem today with games is how impossible it is for a game without a number in it's title to sell well. Games that aren't a franchise never recieve any hype, and even the best ones really just don't sell any copys, the exceptions are few and far between. The result is that innovation has been virtually destroyed. The days of being able to rent ANY game and have fun are over.
P.S. Go buy Monster Hunter, it rules so much.
