Hey, I have 2 account, one I bought and one I did by myself.
The account I have has a 70 rogue geared out, so im kinda bored, so I wanted to xfer my 47 Druid (on original account) to my main account with the rogue on it.
The contact details + e-mail are the same, but the first and last names are not, do you reckon blizz will catch on? Is it safe to xfer or will I lose both characters?

You can only change if the last name is the same. First names can be different, addresses can be different, but last names MUST match.

Auto deny.. There is no way to transfer if the last names arent an exact match.

It really is. Just like banning trading/selling. They should just allow us to trade accounts with people for another stupid 25-50 dollar fee so that more people wouldn't quit.

the names must be same and you cannot change the name of an account without legal documentation from the government saying youve changed your name
