A guy had made 8 years of jails because he was proven guilty of rape and beating 2 woman...
Well today hes been proved not guilty..and he wil lnow sue these 2 b*****s for 8 millions...
His joke?
: If I now go rape them both will I get a discount on my next vacation inside?
Such a good f*****g question...the guy already paid dearly because of these 2 b***h...so if he would rape them good..should he goto jail?

The double jeopardy rule only applies if the crime takes place at the same place at the same time. In other words he can't be tried for the same crime twice under the same circumstances (date, time, place, charge, etc).

Exactly... if he raped them now it would be an entirely new crime, no relation to the one he was cleared of.

If two women falsly accused this guy, he would be lucky if they had 10,000 between the two probably. He could win a suit for 8 million, but good luck ever seeing it, unless its against the goverment.

No, in this case he could be tried again because it would be a trial for a different incidence of rape.
However, if, say, you had been tried for the murder of someone who had faked their own death, and you were convicted, once you were out and had served your time, you could go and kill them for realz if you found them and they couldn't do shit to you.

No, in this case he could be tried again because it would be a trial for a different incidence of rape.

Actually, no you can't.
It would be a different 'murder'. As a matter of fact, if the person wasn't murdered, the crime never took place, thus it would be impossible to be tried for it a 2nd time, as the first time was never valid
not the same place, time, etc.

Also, "made 8 years of jails" is the best phrase ever. I'm going to use that in real life when referring to jail time from now on.
