The scenario:
You recieve enough money to put yourself fully on lifesupport for 70 years, with the stipulation that you would be jacked into the net fulltime to live in whatever reality you chose to create (ever read otherland?), the possibilities are endless but of course its not real is it? or is it?
Would you forgo everythign you have, all your relationships, all your possessions to do that? To choose your reality?

actually, I feel that a matrix style scenario is really the only hope for humanities continued existance. Just hope we can get to it before the other possible outcome
I'm just not particularly interested in alot of the crap that comes along with the good in life (and to be frank the good turns in to bad so often it's annoyin).
