I was just asking myself this question: would it be better to make this game completely free. Ok, I understand that there is a free version where you can wander around the basic world, but I think it would be better if the whole game would be free of charge – let’s say, after you buy an expansion, you don’t have to pay subscription any more.

Hmm… I never played Anarchy Online, simply I’m the WoW kind of game guy. I must say that I don’t agree with free game concept. If the game is free, there is nothing the game releaser can benefit from, and thus, they won’t invest in further development of the game. Although this might be interesting for casual players, others, who enjoy playing the game would suffer from an increasing of lame population and decreasing of game quality.
