What is your Word of Warcraft likes and dislikes? I want to start to play it, but I do not know what are good and bad sides to the game. I need to hear your opinion about the game, before I decide. Is it addictive game, or can it be boring sometimes? This is major decision for me, so every kind of help is welcomed. What can pros and cons be for a game this big and famous?

The game is very addictive. I sometimes have the problem to get out of it, so I spend terribly much time playing it. It is my case, so I will not talk in the name of other players. The moment I first created my character is going to be with me all my life. I will never forget it. It was so good experience to create a character, start the first quest, and to finish it. World of Warcraft is like a drug. Once you taste it, you will never get of it. For me, the game has much more cons that it has cons. It is my judgment that it is fantastic and extremely fun game to play at daily basis.

the only dislike i have about it is blizzard is always nerfing or buffing classes because of god know what reasons.

The biggest problem I had with World of Warcraft was the separation between Horde and Alliance.
It turned all my enemies into NPCs and PvP never felt like I was fighting actual players... just computer programs with slightly more intelligence.
The rest of the game is great I guess. Its actually fun to level up to max which isn't something you can say of all MMO's. The PvE at end game is pretty interesting also if you have the time and party memebrs to run it.
I say try it out but be careful, this game is HIGHLY addictive and EXTREMELY time consuming. You'll sit down at your computer to play and suddenly realize the day is entirely gone.
Kind of like drug abuse actually.

WoW needs better lore actually in the game...
The quests are pretty hollow and boring...
And the travel time is just sooooooo drawn out.
Those are my least favorite things

The only thing I really dislike is that the end game PvP isn't that great. DAOC RVR was the best end game ever.

love the game mostly, can get boring if you only pvp, but overrall the game is setup incredibly well

Likes: The best feature I have found about this game is the community. More or so the guild you join and how you guys become a little family.
Dislikes: The amount of time required to dedicate to this game.

The game is well balanced as a lot of money was invested in it, but it is not a game for PvP enthusiasts. It was designed as a pve game and pvp was added later.

The biggest problem for WoW or for any mmo game for that matter (except maybe starcraft) is that, no matter how good it is. It will always succumb to the test of time. New games will be ushered in, and try to overthrow the king of MMOs. Though it will rule the top of the heap for awhile  .
Reasons why I quit: Did everything I wanted to, no more content until WOTLK comes out, world pvp was dead =\.

Likes: Game is verry playfull Quests are intresting
Some times get stuck witch is fun can get partys, Instants, And clan wars, Battle arenas and other things
Dislikes: Game can get verry addictive and you might forget to do things... It can kill some people i have heard on the news that some people forget to eat and drink and from it in the game there is a special shrine for someone that died on the game because they forgot to eat and drink for 2 weeks i think but Wow is a real good game
