Thank to your votes, the biggest and the most popular MMORPG, World of Warcraft retained the title of the Best Game in previous year.
WoW got 58% of 84 votes this year and took the title before Runescape with 16% (14 votes) on the second and Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures with 8% (7 votes) on the third place.
Other games that got your votes are:
LOTRO and Warhammer Online - 3% (3 votes)
Guild Wars, Lineage 2 and Pirates of the Burning Sea - 2% (2 votes)
Eve Online and Project Entropia - 1% (1 vote)
Rest of the games obviously haven't enough audience and players, so I guess they will have more luck next time.
If they survive the year, of course.

WoW is a great game but I think has a lot of draw backs. Everyone is the same, no one really stands out, I suppose you could argue having legendary items but those are incredibly rare. I liked how EQ did the epic quests, a lot of it was soloable but you needed to raid for a good bit of it.

WoW once was a great and addicted game. 2 years ago I couldn't even think of quitting wow.
But now it is just boring, arena is all the same over and over again, and 25-man instances have ruined PvE.

I'm surprised games like Everquest and Guild Wars are not on par with WoW like they used to be. I guess only the hardcore veterans remain in those worlds. Everyone else has switched to Warcraft!

next 2 years, even WAR wont be able to steal those ~10 millions who play wow:)

Wow is gonna be dominant for at least a year and a half. Even mmo's like WAR/AoC/runescape are not gonna get close to the number of subscribers of WoW. Im gonna try WAR myself, but which lich king comes out WoW is gonna take up most of my time for sure  .

WAR is heading towards being pretty lackluster, imo
msot ppl on WoW that i've talked to in it's beta said its....meh

Truth is that Blizzard is the best pc game publisher. They've held the title of game of the year in RTS, RPG. Action RPG and Now the hold it in the mmo world. Reason being, with Blizzards success of Warcraft, Diablo and Starcraft they can draw from an almost unlimited well of funds. No other publisher can do that and with out the cash they can't compete with wow's content.
